"Glimpses" Original oil and cold wax on wood Panel 48X36X2

Glimpses of glory and times of refreshment as time wears on and I try to manage all my distractions. Sometimes I just sit and regard my trees and mountains and swing in the hammock looking up at that glorious sky. This is the feeling I get with "Glimpses."  The colors in this piece are my favorite, from the orange yellow and little tiny hint of pink and all the soft blues that layer over them. The blue pulls me deep into it and allows me to find calm and rest even when everything else feels a little crazy.
